The kitchen table and chairs offer a great place for meals in the studio apartment.

Polished concrete floors extend throughout the studio, reinforcing its modernist character. The completely remodeled bathroom features a generous vanity and new glass-walled walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Rather than feeling like a generic vacation rental, it is an intimate environment designed for people who appreciate architecture, art, and thoughtful design.

A Bedroom Designed for Rest

The bedroom features an exceptionally comfortable king-size Case Study bed, an homage to the celebrated California modernist furniture tradition. Crisp 100% cotton linens, a European duvet, and generous king-size pillows create a luxurious retreat.

Blackout drapes provide complete privacy and a deeply restful night’s sleep.

Indoor-Outdoor Living

Expansive 12-foot sliding glass doors connect the bedroom directly to a private patio, creating the quintessential Palm Springs experience of living between interior and exterior spaces. Screens allow the doors to remain open while keeping the space comfortable.

The private patio includes a dining table, fireplace, and comfortable lounge chairs, making it an ideal place for morning coffee, an afternoon read, or an evening codktail.
