An Authentic Midcentury Detail

The kitchen retains one of its most charming original features: a Boomerang Formica bar, featuring the iconic pattern first designed by Brooks Stevens in 1950 and updated by Raymond Loewy in 1954.

The kitchen has recently been renovated with new stainless-steel appliances, bringing contemporary convenience to this wonderfully preserved midcentury detail. If there is something special you would like to have in the kitchen during your stay, just let us know and we will do our best to have it waiting for you when you arrive.

A beautiful white porcelain tile floor provides a crisp architectural backdrop for the vintage and Modernica furnishings, Case study couches, and creates a seamless, contemporary feel throughout the studio.

The bedroom features an exceptionally comfortable king-size Case Study bed, a nod to the celebrated California modernist furniture tradition.

Crisp white 100% cotton linens, a European duvet, and king-size pillows provide a luxurious and inviting place to sleep. Duvet covers are freshly washed after every stay, ensuring everything is clean and fresh for your arrival.

Blackout drapes provide complete privacy and create an exceptionally restful environment for sleeping.
